Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Because many of our products are made to order or specially prepared for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are ordered by mistake, changed your mind about, or no longer wanted.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Made-to-order or print-on-demand products
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges We do not offer standard exchanges for items that are made to order or print-on-demand. Please carefully review your size, color, style, and other selections before completing your purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds If your order qualifies for a refund because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thefindsco26@gmail.com with your order information and photos of the issue.
Once we review the issue and approve the refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
